Addressing Perceptions;Spearheading a United National Message
              Priority Issues:
1)Increased Condo Conversions and No-Fault Evictions 
   a) fairness of laws
   b)lack of insuffient relocation
   reimbursement costs     
2)Rent Increases due to Housing Boom while incomes are staying the same
3) State legislators overriding existing local more favorable pro-renter laws   
4) Lack of united renters’ voices
  a-need for communication between  
    states' advocates for cross-benefit
  b-renters not organized to vote/civil
   action (developers,landlord & real
   estate associations have legislative
   access)
5)Education- existing landlord-renter rights not legally mandated to be provided to tenants by landlords upon rental agreement.
6)How homelessness and eminent domain belong in the dialogue with renters rights.
